As part of this promise, we accept exchanges or refunds exclusively in the rare event of a manufacturing flaw or defect.
Our Policy:
Requests for exchange or refund must be made within [4 days] of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.
Upon inspection, if a flaw or defect is confirmed, you may choose between:
An exchange for the same style (subject to availability), or
A full refund issued through your original payment method.
Note: Kindly note that if the package is opened but not received, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
